PROTEIN-PACKED post-run energy bowl!!! This bowl has around 30g protein and many nutrients!!!
What's in my bowl~
1 c plain organic yogurt (protein & probiotics)
1/2 banana (potassium, C & B vitamins)
1/4 cup crushed pecans (oleic acid, antioxidants, vit E, B complex, mineral rich)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (calcium, iron, magnesium)
1 tbsp shredded coconut (iron, zinc)
1 tbsp chia seeds (omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants & minerals)
1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium, omegas)
1 tbsp hemp seeds (protein, all 20 amino acids, immune support, perfect 3:1 ratio of omega 3 & omega 6)
1/2 c blackberries (high levels of antioxidants which are necessary to combat oxidative stress from running)
Drizzle REAL maple syrup on top:) (full of vitamins & minerals)
You don't need every ingredient listed, just make do with what you have on hand!
